Leather and metal buckled new rock boots with lace up fronts and buckled straps. These tower boots feature a distressed effect to the colouring that provides an awesome, understated grunge effect. Black and tan brown, they sit about half way up the calf. Like most new rocks these have chunky platforms, but they aren’t so big they can’t be used daily. The buckles and laces are fully adjustable, but there are also inside zips for ease of use. Rather than a full-on platform, the sole is a couple of inches, made of high quality anti aquaplaning rubber from the 90s / y2k era – the golden age when chunky boots reigned supreme. These are excellent quality, restored vintage boots. Killer 1970’s mexican dress boots in men’s size 9-1/2 to 10 or women’s size 11-1/2 to 12. Side pull tabs and cream colored leather lining. Pointed toe with stury leather soles. Unique tapered wood stacked block heel. Two textured outers with a smoother shaft with classic stitching. Thicker and sturdier textured leather in 2 tone gray on the vamp. Genuine leather in gray. In excellent vintage condition with some normal wear to the soles and leather outers. Brand: maker marks are too worn to read // insides read “hencho en mexico” (made in mexico). Size: labeled a men’s size 28-1/2 (mx); recommending a women’s size 11-1/2 to 12 or men’s size 9-1/2 to 10. For reference: i wear a size 6-1/2 to 7 (9-1/8 long feet) and these were really quite roomy on me. Heel to toe (outsole): 12-1/8. Heel to toe (insole): 11-7/8. Find all our shoes here. Made by tony lama, men’s size 8 1/2 d (please compare measurements to a current pair of boots that you own).
